Step 1: Let's talk about your business and what your logo must convey

Step 2: Using the brief to generate ideas
It was clear that the logo had to evoke a friendly, approachable and trustworthy personality.
The whole idea of the business is to offer a reliable service, but more importantly, to make connection with dogs and their owners. The Hod's Hounds experience must be fun and happy for the dog.
With this information our design team put together a number of ideas for the customer to consider. Most of the ideas combined illustration with typography, and we experimented with various colour schemes. After agreeing on a design, we fine tuned the logo which involved considering how the logo will be used on clothes, paper, websites and large format printing.
